'Bauhaus Laugh House' reflects a special education program at the Interactive/Media/Design department of the Royal Academy of Art. Teachers Gert Dumbar and Brecht Hoffmann try to give humor a place in the design process; as motivation and/or criticism. With their pieces, second-year students respond to iconic objects by Modernist artists such as Le Corbusier and Oskar Schlemmer and Bauhaus prominent figures Mies van de Rohe, Josef Albers, Peter Keler, Marcel Breuer and others. Design Passage presented a selection of these pieces with accompanying videos.
